      I am stunned by the preponderance of negative comments concerning Omnis. My first experience with a computer was in **** with a massive machine that was housed in a two story building at ************************************, Two men had the full time job of replacing burned out vacuum tubes. Crashes were frequent. Most input was by keypunch. However, since I was a student taking a course in Computer Science, I was permitted to use a keyboard. Printouts were on tractor paper. Needless to say, Artificial Intelligence has substantially evolved since then.I had to deal with dial-up internet for years. It took forever to download anything. Along came Broadband, the Dot-Com bubble burst, and I signed up with Omnis. I have been with them ever since.The problems I have experienced with Omnis are trivial compared to those I had with my dial-up provider. It is a relief to have a system that is up over 99% of the time. The technicians are knowledgeable and helpful. My advice to the nitpicking ******************* is to relax and appreciate how good Omnis' service is.
