These idiots charged my account on the 22nd, and I requested a refund and canceled my account on the 23rd. There is absolutely no reason I shouldn't be granted a refund. This is completely *************** company should treat customers this way, especially those who were in a trial period and simply forgot to turn off the renewal. I will dispute this charge with my bank, and share my experience publicly to make sure others are warned.

I began an annual subscription ($30/year). When I canceled it, the company instead converted it to monthly and began charging me $39/month for five months, totaling almost $200. After I caught this five months later, they refused to refund me, instead offering me "a free subscription for a year" which is not even the equivalent value of one of the false monthly charges.

This company is a sham. I signed up for a free trial and was promptly billed for the free charge plus a monthly membership I did not authorize. My credit card is currently blocking their continued charges. It is very difficult to terminate service I never requested. They want me to fill out a detailed questionnaire with information they will probably sell.

I opted for a trial subscription with this company, later to learn that after termination from my employer, a refund was not warranted. The company did offer a complimentary subscription for a year, but with my current circumstances, a refund would have been appreciated. This company only wants to take consumer's money and has no regard for extenuating circumstances. I would give 0 stars if I could. BUYER BEWARE.
