Zinstall's WinWin product did not work at all, and the support process was both unreasonable and ineffective. Their team required me to fully uninstall all cybersecurity software from both computerssomething that compromises device securitybefore offering any help. I complied, ran their diagnostics, and was forced to manually type in a long diagnostic code because their system wouldn't allow copy-paste.They later claimed they never received the diagnostics, despite me submitting them exactly as instructed. I requested a refund four times, and each time they responded with a deliberately obstructive process, including a manual form that forced me to agree to their terms and conditions before I could even submit the request. They sent me a user manual that had nothing to do with the issue I reported, wasting even more of my time. The entire experience was unnecessarily difficult, and their continued refusal to refund a clearly defective product feels deceptive. In my opinion, this is a predatory and misleading business practice, and I am filing this complaint to warn others.

I used their software to transfer a number of diagnostic programs from an old computer to a newer one. The software did not transfer all programs and none of the saved passwords. I contacted the company, nothing,. I called and was told someone would call back. Nothing. DO NOT use this company! Their website does not even mention a return/refund policy because they don't plan to give you your money back when their software doesn't work.

I purchased Zinstall along with technical support. The website claims the data transfer from one laptop to another is easy. However, I received a message the transfer failed. The old laptop cost $2000 and is two years old. The new laptop just purchased cost $3000. I repeatedly emailed for support. I received the response that technical support was offered only 4 days during a limited span of time. Both laptops are now at BestBuy geek squad for repair...repair i have to pay for...because the software left the old laptop unusable because it kept failing to repair itself, i.e., would not open. The new laptop did not transfer all the programs as advertised. Attemps to download the missing Microsoft 365 failed. I want a full refund of $129 for software + $99 for technical support. ***** ****
