"What should have been a simple conversation resulted in dramatic pushy, “we must demo everything” and we should start today, don’t wait on insurance, we’ll make sure everything is ok”…. To installation of massive dehumidifiers in two bathrooms and two weeks of sort of daily checks, including being ghosted by the “moisture readers” and every single time they came by, they tried to do a new scare tactic - your roof leaks, oh gosh a massive plumbing leak, oh noooo - definitely a foundation issue and you have to pull all the tiles out, and they keep the dehumidifiers running for two weeks while the charges keeping adding up." ...
