  These guys are doing the same thing to us as I see in others.. I ordered a couple cartridges and paid $185.00. They then sent a huge box and billed the card $998.00 I plan to file fraud charges if they do not correct this. the $998 was never authorized

  Sometime back in August of 2024, company sent us a toner telling us to try it and I told them that I do not do the ordering for the company. We have a department that does all the ordering. He then told me he would send a gift card for all my trouble. I then told him again, that I do not have the authority to order and to pay for orders. The toner was then shipped to us and not to me. My department didn't know it came from a different company and used it. I got a call asking if I liked the toner and I didn't know it came. I went and asked and they said it was used. I then told the lady it was used and that I have no way of paying for it because I told the guy not to send it. I have been receiving calls to pay for it. I have told them on the phone that I did not say yes to them to send it. This is c*** Now I am receiving letters from a collection agency. I am not happy with this. I will be sending this letter to the ********************************** in *********************. THIS IS ******** AND A SCAM.

  THIS IS A RIP OFF OF A COMPANY THEY CONTACT YOU OFFERING TONER AND WHEN U ACCEPT TO TRY THEIR TRIAL THEY START BILLING YOU CONTINUOUS AS IF YOUR USING THEIR SERVICE. I HOPE THEY GET SHUT OFF BECAUSE OTHER COMPANIES DON'T DESERVE THIS

  i am getting unwanted ink toners that i did not request nor approved and nobody seems to answer the phone i will send the package back to their address and file a complaint for fraud

  I received a call last week and he asked what printer we use. I told him and he told me their prices on *********'s. He said he would send me a catalog and a free gift. He told me the price of 2 cartridge's. I didn't order anything from him but we received 2 cartridge's today. BBB is the only place I could find a number for this company. I called and left a voicemail. I will be sending these 2 ********'s back today! I have look through all the complaints and they are all the same! This company is nothing but a scam!
