"They won't fix their app on ********* OS on HiSense TVs. I have been back and forth over and over again, they keep telling me to untick options for captions to not be enabled through their website under settings, and it has been unticked for since I signed up for like 20 years, when it used to be VUDU, and was worth being with them." ... "The fact you can't remove payment information from their website says everything. You need to contact support which then requires your email address (despite being logged in and emailing from the same email address), payment info (including CC number), and last 3 purchases -- ALL THAT just to REMOVE a payment method!"

"Their website runs a scam where you think youre purchasing a movie, or a bundle of movies and when you go through the movies in the bundle some not all may show 4K, so the potential buyer is expecting those titles to be in 4K but in reality you have to pay to upgrade the titles from HDX to 4K for in the range $9.99-$19." ...
