    On or about November of 2022, I purchased two dirt bikes at ******************************** and added an "extended service coverage" for the two units. Such extended service to be provided by AEGIS PowerSports. Today, there was a dispute between ******* store manager, ********************** and myself, about the terms covered under this extended service from this third party company named here as; AEGIS PowerSports. However, the main reason for this complaint is about the fact; of how I felt mistreated and almost encourage to leave the store without the ******* not even trying to inquire about the coverage yet, with AEGIS. ****************** was rude and spent quite some time trying to talk me down from inquiring about the "extended coverage", before taking me down to their service department. Companies need to stop scamming customers with these inadequate so called extended coverages, which in reality do not cover anything beneficial to the customer's needs on vehicle units like these.

    Thank you for the opportunity to respond.We have never had contact with **************** and invite him to respond here with his concern specific to us. In making some calls, my understanding is that **************** had two blown fork seals on a dirt bike -- something no manufacturer or providers covers. I am sure **************** has additional facts and may even have additional coverage questions. We would be more than happy to evaluate any specific concerns he has and appreciate BBB letting us know of his concerns.
