    Annie's Portable Restrooms, LLC, to put it simply, STINKS! Here are few reasons their service SMELLS!1. Their name makes them seem sweet and friendly.2. But they are a huge company out of ********, and their local operators know that company higher-*** in ******** will never find out about their horrible service.3. They will come at 6:45 AM to clean out the portable restroom, knowing full well that it is inside a locked garage that doesn't open until 8:00 AM.4. They do not ask in advance for a garage-door opener.5. They do not ask for the mobile number of a person on the property to let them in.6. They do not have an office to visit; they have a mailbox at ****************************************************. If you call for the manager--******** *********--they will not let you speak with him, nor will they give you his email ********** short, although I could go on, this "small, friendly" company is a HUGE, unfriendly, impersonal company. Do not believe 5-star reviews that rave about ******* customer service. Delaware-based companies with non-local operators do NOT understand your neighborhood or mine.
