    We had Team Rooter come out to replace the shower trim and handle. We already had the parts and told them when we made the appointment. They came out and did the work. We had to call them to get an invoice (********) they had a charge listed on the invoice for $142.00 and the description states: "Customer supply single handle. Trimmed to replace no warranty on the handle and cartridge due to customer suppled." We understand there would be no warranty on the parts, but it seems like they are charging us a fee for the parts that we supplied. We called and asked about the $142.00 and was told someone would call us back. No one called. Then we sent an email asking for an explanation again no response. Would not recommend this company, they seem to over charge.
