  I highly recommend $300 Data Recovery! They were able to recover most of my photos from an external hard drive containing between 2-3TBs of RAW and JPG images. I paid $400 and the turn around time was short. Unfortunately, I first had a local tech attempt a recovery, which was unsuccessful (I didn't know at that point in time about $300 Data Recovery's existence). I suspect that their effort compounded the original damage to the hard drive caused when my computer crashed. (And, no, I didn't have a copy or backup of my data.) My folder names and organization was lost, and the metadata in some files was corrupted. Also, a number of images are missing, gone (or at least I can't find them). But most images were retrieved, which is what $300 Data Recovery promised. The recommendation that one should disconnect the device upon damage and look for qualified help is valid. $300 Data Recovery offers the best balance between cost and qualified technical help in ***********.

  I was originally quoted between $1,000 to $3,000 with a large company to recover data. As an independent contractor, that's not something that I could afford; however, $300 Data Recovery was a HUGE lifesaver and they had a great turnaround time, fast and simple! Thank you so much!

  The best start-to-finish customer service and delivery-on-end-product experience that I have had in years. Like maybe a decade. They did what local services could not and recovered all of my data from a Mac laptop that took a bath in a travel mug of tea and completely died. The price was reasonable and each stage of the process was guided by their patient staff. They answered my questions promptly, yet didn't pester me when I sat on sending my laptop to gather more info and competitive analysis. Couldn't be happier with them.

  Highly recommend paying for priority service as I sent my drives and received all my data recovered and cloned drive (by request) within 7 days. Saved us tens of thousands of dollars buying new equipment just because we could not locate the drivers online for our current equipment

  I thought I had lost the data on my hard drive permanently - family photos, music and years worth of document archives. $300 data recovery got it all back for me and were professional and very responsive, getting my data back to me very quickly.
