    Tried to charge me for a part that was included in price. I know this because I bought 2 and one came complete, the other did not. Tried to deal with customer service to get the part and he told me tough, Im not getting it unless I pay for it. It was a $1 part to them. NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!!!!

    i bought product from this company i had to send it back, now they say they didnt get it and i had no rma number,but i asked their employee through chat and she gave me the address to send back nothing said about rma number,now no refund or part they have it all.will not even email me back now they said i threaten them with violence.i didnt i just want my part or money.I told them i would turn them in to BBB they said they didnt care they are unperfessional .so i take it they are just crooks to people what a joke..I even have my post office receipt, that didnt work. no compermise with them.

    Customer service is a joke. Made my order on Saturday and paid over 100$ for 2 day shipping only for them to not even bother creating a shipping label until Tuesday. What a rip off and when I spoke to customer service the basically told me to go pound sand. Will not be using this company ever again

    Ordered a replacement part for my pump. IThe post office has been waiting on the acceptance of the package for over a week now. There is no phone number and no one responds to email or chat.

    Absolutely the worst company. DO NOT do business with them. Its no wonder they have a F rating. they offer no resolution to any of your issues and push you off to the manufacturer. they offer no returns. This company is more like a SCAM rather than a legitimate business.
