    I thought my order was a 'CUSTOM' ready-to-install carpet for my 2007 Chevy Tahoe. It was not molded like the OEM carpet I was replacing. My customer service rep's, Beau & Amy, kept asking for me to produce photos upon more photos to show how my purchase was cut incorrectly. I then provided several photos and measurements from the local Chevy dealership that was installing the carpet, and you can see was that the carpet was cut incorrectly. Then I was informed, by Beau, that I would need to rotate the carpet 180 degrees, and then there would be some cutting involved for it to fit correctly. In addition, I would need to heat the carpet for it to have a molded fit...WTH!!! What a waste of money! Stay far away from this company! In addition they want a restocking fee for their mistake...what amazing customer service!!

    I'm sorry to hear that you were unsatisfied with your carpet kit. Just to make sure we're on the same page about what our carpet kits are supposed to look like, allow me to provide some insight as to the differences between OEM and aftermarket carpet kits. OEM carpet kits are what came in the vehicle originally and are only produced by the original dealership at a much more expensive cost. Aftermarket carpets, like what we sell, are molded to fit the floor pan of the vehicle, but all cuts, holes, and trimming are left up to the installer in order to ensure a perfect fit. This is standard in the aftermarket industry. Our manufacturer, Auto Custom Carpets, is the leading manufacturer in the industry here in the United States and they have the highest quality standards in the industry. They have been in the business for over 40 years and get as close to the OEM specifications as possible. We have repeat buyers from auto upholsterers, restoration shops and end users who purchase and install our carpet kits everyday. The manufacturer had a chance to review your photos. Based on your photos, the carpet is not in the correct placement. As you stated, it needs to be rotated 180 degrees. If you are still experiencing fitment issues after you rotate the carpet, please provide us with a photo so we can validate your concerns. However, if you don't want to attempt installation, you may return it per our return policy. Please give us a call if you need further assistance. We sincerely appreciate your business!

    THINK AGAIN WHEN DOING BUSINESS!! This review is going to appear redundant to the others, but I think it’s important to get the message out that you MUST NOT do business with this 2 star rated momma/pop (literally 2 workers, April and Bo). I should have researched them prior to my purchase and would have seen a multitude of red flags I purchased floor mats matching up year/make/model of my vehicle. The floor mats I received were NOT a match to the ones in my vehicle. When I spoke to April and Bo they explained that I should have known they were not a fit for my vehicle by looking at the template, even though I put in the correct year, make and model. Since this is MY FAULT it would cost me 30% to return plus ALL shipping charges. I feel very cheated!!! I caught ** in many lies about these mats being manufactured by only one company in the country, etc. Sadly, he starts every sentence with ‘AND, AGAIN…..’ Where did he get his English from…..How annoying to talk to him. I was going to dispute the charges w/ American Express who has pulled thru for me in the past when dealing w/ crooked operations, but decided to return them for a negotiated 20% restocking fee plus my shipping cost….Oh, by the way, my shipping cost was $6.28. Their cost to me when I ordered the mats was $26.14. I don’t think I have to say anything further except I hope this review finds it’s way to good people and weens out the bad ones. My last email from April, after acknowledging that I sent back the mats, was ‘once my return is inspected and ensured that no alterations were made to the product, I will receive the partial refund. What a joke, like I’m really going to alter these mats. Horrible customer service skills!!! BTW, It took over 2 weeks before I received my partial refund. Use Lloyd Mats (www.lloydmatsstore.com)....Fantastic customer service skills and great products!!! Ask for Alonzo...He will send you samples and templates to make sure what you are purchasing is correct!!!!

    Thought we ordered 'CUSTOM' ready to install carpet for our truck. It was so poorly quality and no cut out holes. What a waste of money! Don't buy!

    BEWARE!!! I bought defected Carpet from this company and because I lost the photos this company would not reason with me I tried and tried to plead my case with April in the refunds department!!! Long story short I received ?a check for $87 when my order was $180?????!!! I will be starting a boycott webpage on them on Facebook........ ?????? do not shop from this Dishonest company!!!???

    We are sorry to hear you were unsatisfied with our return policy. Mr. S******* purchased a carpet kit for one of his customers back in April of 2022. In October 2022, we received a phone call from Mr. S*******, stating that his customer didn't want to install the carpet due to the quality. We requested photos of the carpet to validate his concerns. Mr. S******* didn't want to proceed with that option since his customer was no longer interested in the product. We advised that we could pick up the product for inspection; however, if it passed inspection there would be a 30% restocking fee plus he would be responsible for all freight fees. If the product was deemed defective, we would issue a full refund. Mr. S******* decided to proceed with that option. Our manufacturer received the product back for inspection. The inspection results confirmed that the product was within factory specifications. Per the return policy, on our website, we issued Mr. S******* a refund minus the restocking fee and freight charges. This is a policy that comes directly from our manufacturer as there are fees involved with physically restocking the product. The freight charges went directly to UPS for delivering the product. Our manufacturer, Auto Custom Carpets, is the leading manufacturer in the aftermarket industry here in the United States and has the highest quality standards in the industry. We have repeat buyers from auto upholsterers, restoration shops and end users who purchase and install our carpet kits every day and are very happy with the finished product.
