    Twice now! It was at my first purchase, I declined the subscription program to receive the product monthly. Just wanting to try it before committing, so I paid the higher price. A few weeks later, I received an email stating my next order was soon to be on it's way. So, I immediately called the company to clarify that I was not signed up and did not want a second order. They confirmed, no problem, saying I wouldn't be receiving the second shipment and I was in fact not signed up. Here it is another month later and again I've received an email with an order number and notice that my shipment would soon be arriving. Calling the company again, speaking again to a someone with very poor English (having a very hard time understanding what was or wasn't happening on my account and why was this happening) I became so frustrated when I she said, you won't be receiving the product, but she also said that it might be a different department that is sending these emails and that she wasn't sure they'd stop. So, twice now, this company has eaten my time and energy failing to confirm, that I do not have a subscription with them and will not be receiving any further notifications about orders on the way. Unbelievable who we allow to have a business license in the ***, inept and very shady business practices.
