    I requested an AUDITED P&L from this company, to which they agreed they could provide. This specific request was for a home loan. I provided our information for them, and they created basically a duplicate P&L statement with a letter attached from the *** stating that "THIS IS NOT AN AUDIT". I had paid for the services $475 before realizing that the document they provided me was NOT what I had asked for and was rejected by the lender as requested documentation. I spoke with *****, who verbally accepted blame for misunderstanding and asked his management for a refund for me. I spoke with a manager (female) who heard what happened, labeled it a 'misunderstanding' and offered a partial refund. The truth is, the DID NOT provide the service asked of them. I disputed it via credit card, to which (****) replied with a LIE, and said I accepted blame. I did NOT. With CLEAR documentation I requested one thing, and was provided something that clearly states it was NOT that which I requested. My mother had a stroke (emergency) so I did not have time to dispute the rebuttal within 30 days with the credit card company. They got their full fee back. They did provide me with a check for $251, as promised, which I did cash AFTER the dispute was ruled in their favor. This incident caused us to not have all our documentation prepared for buying a house, and we could not purchase it) The document provided was a waste of money, time and potential house purchase. I do NOT recommend this company. They did not deliver, and they lied to protect their income rather than value their quality work and customers. Mistakes are fine and happen. Just own up to them. The sad thing is, their inability to provide me with the refund and proper customer service results in a permanent comment on the BBB.
