    I am a ******* ***** Villas owner and have over the last several years had the pleasure of dealing with ***** on matters, small and large. No matter the request, she has consistently responded promptly and effectively with professionalism and good cheer! She is a tremendous asset, especially given all the challenges managing a property of this size. We are so lucky to have her as our go to resource.

    I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for the exceptional service provided by **** **************************** during my time as a resident and board member for over 19 years at ****************** (**********************) It has been a pleasure working with Araz and ******. Their professionalism and dedication have made navigating the many moving parts of our community a much smoother experience. Their problem-solving abilities have been tremendous, and I truly appreciate their efforts in addressing the various tasks and challenges we encountered. I am moving to ************ and ***** ********* is the manager of that location. I was thrilled to learn it was managed by **** Morgan. Normally, buyers in escrow dont get direct access to management but without hesitation ***** took her time answering every single one of my many questions. ***** clearly has a great approach on maintaining the integrity of that HOA. **** Morgan clearly has the best team in the industry.

    **** Morgan is staggeringly irresponsible to the point of gross negligence. Do not trust them to handle any repair. A large, property damaging issues (such multiple grey water leaks at many units in our complex, long-term water damage to the garage or a possible life-threatening electrical problem) gets lost in a mess of missed emails and phone calls. They have no sense of urgency or importance. They are quick to pass the **** and not actually do their job. At best, they are rude and unprofessional.

    We are so happy to have **** Morgan manage our 7 unit HOA. Collection of monthly dues are set up with automatic payment. We required several special assessments for emergency plumbing repairs and paint of building exterior. **** Morgan made the process painless. They helped us save some money with our insurance. They respond quickly to all phone calls and emails.

    For the past couple years, my condo complex has been under the **** Morgan management after we gave the boot to the less than ideal former management. What a difference it has made! Our contacts at **** Morgan, ***************************** and ***************************, are always quick to respond to all emails, have easy accessibility during emergency situations, and have wonderful contacts with multiple contractors. Something that I also found very helpful was after years of residents having to take on more than a few items to get things done due to previous poor management, ***** and **** have stepped in as intermediaries between the residents so as to avoid conflict due to differing opinions. Residents can be residents and operate with full confidence that the building along with the *** are handling everything safely, efficiently, with their due diligence and proper care and attention. So glad our *** switched to **** Morgan.

    I had an extremely frustrating experience with ***************************** Company ***** a management company that fell significantly short of expectations, specifically regarding a request to have our condominium's jacuzzi repaired. Despite reaching out to them three months ago concerning the issue, the resolution process has been anything but smooth.The company has dispatched numerous service personnel to address the problem, but it quickly became evident that the quality of these workers was lacking. They were unable to diagnose that the underlying issue was with the jacuzzi's timer, which prolonged the discomfort and inconvenience.What exacerbates the situation is the company's administrative handling of service requests. The administrators I interacted with appeared to lack both experience and understanding of the issues brought to their attention. This ignorance is not only frustrating but also decreases confidence in their ability to manage properties effectively.Additionally, ***************************** Company ****'s fee structure is exorbitant, considering the level of service provided. It's bewildering how they justify their rates when their response to maintenance requests is so inept. For the prices they charge, one would expect a far superior service, characterized by efficiency, professionalism, and expertisenone of which were delivered in my case.In summary, my experience with ***************************** Company **** has been disappointing and aggravating. Their inability to resolve a seemingly straightforward maintenance request, combined with a lack of competent administrational support and unjustifiably high fees, has led me to question their suitability as a management company. Those considering their services should proceed with caution and perhaps look elsewhere for a company that values customer satisfaction and delivers on their promises.

    Hi ******,Thank you for communicating your concerns to us. As you have noted in your review, the spa vendor was dispatched to the property multiple times to identify the issue. We rely on the licensed experts to find the breakdown of equipment on the spa if its not running as it should. If the vendor dispatched to the property is unable to repair the issue in a timely manner, we look to alternative vendors to identify the source of the problem. We are not licensed to guide on spa repairs and identify what may be causing a jacuzzi issue however our role is to work through the repair process with the vendor assigned and HOA board. If you can please provide your property address, that would be great. We would like to follow up with the spa vendor and dig deeper into what occurred to cause the delay in this repair.

    Ross Morgan & Company is a top notch association management company. We've been using them for 7 years and ****** is our go to but everyone on staff that we've used has been great. They answer our requests in a very timely fashion, are knowledgable and have good contacts for all things home ownership related. Their charges are fair and definitely competitive with any out there. They make our lives much easier with their dedicated services providing maintenance help or recommendations, financial and insurance documents and anything else that has been requested. Based upon our experience, I would certainly recommend them.

    Araz is wonderful! Since she stepped in to take charge of our community, I have found that as an owner she goes the extra mile to make sure the repairs, upkeep, etc. are running smoothly. Shes professional, hard working, respectful and thoughtful. **** is a pleasure to work with!

    I've worked with **** Morgan for many years on various issues concerning my own property and our community. It's a sincere pleasure to work with ****, she is always attentive and professional with the board members and owners. I feel as though she efficiently and effectively manages our HOA with cooperation and teamwork. She is a true gem!!
