    Please avoid this business.While living as a tenant under them, they were incredibly unresponsive. Never once replied to any of my maintenance requests, except for once to tell me to stop sending maintenance requests. The property they rented to me was improperly zoned as a single-family dwelling that they were renting out to multiple people on separate leases. There was no heating, no insulation, broken windows, and a broken ceiling fan. I ended up experiencing multiple issues with utility/ internet billing due to improper zoning. Every time I brought this up to management they would tell me "No one else has ever had this problem, this is your fault" and then hang up. After moving out, this business illegally withheld my security deposit. When I confronted them on this they informed me they were "tentatively withholding" portions of it for repairs and gave me a handwritten invoice. Per California Civil Code ****** they were legally required to send me either an itemized receipt or the withheld money within 14 days of the supposed repairs. Instead, they immediately rented the property out to a new tenant and then blocked my number and email. I have been forced to file litigation against them just to get a response.

    I cannot stress enough how awful my experience was with this property management company. They are nothing but thieves and scammers who will stop at nothing to keep your security deposit. Not only did they blatantly disrespect the laws requiring them to give back my deposit in a timely manner, but they also fabricated invoices to justify withholding the money. When I questioned them about it, they manipulated me and used fear tactics to intimidate me into dropping the issue. To make matters worse, they completely stopped communicating with me, leaving me no other option but to take legal action against them.Save yourself the headache and never use this property management company. They are nothing but a dishonest and unethical operation that should be avoided at all costs. Trust me, you do not want to deal with the nightmare that is trying to get your security deposit back from them.
