  Sadly we feel that this company only gets one star. Id give zero if I could. Well we have been a LOYAL, RESPECTFUL, ON TIME PAYING, maybe a couple times a few days late. We were told in the beginning we get a bonus if we refer people. Which we did, we brought 4 people and NEVER got even a thank you but oh well. Fast forward we had gotten another storage here but a tiny one. We had to combine all things into the large one because we couldnt afford both. So we were hustling up to get all our stuff back in the big storage and we had stuff for the trash. So its already closing time so I loaded the dolly with our stuff we couldnt fit in storage so we put in car but we set the alarms off. For one it wouldnt have gone off if I didnt get stuck in the elevator. My poor old man (dog) got stuck on the other side of elevator door, and I hit the emergency button in the elevator. I was in a full on panic cause my dog was on the other side and he will run away when hes scared. So I was scared and thought the worst, oh it gets better I never knew I was claustrophobic till that night. So technically it wasnt our fault about the alarm going off. We found out the next day we set the alarms off. I was talked to like I was a child, being punished for something I had no control over. We have been here sense you first opened, weve NEVER had a worker talk down to me/we ever. ******* has always been kind and helpful. The manager the short one with an attitude needs to find a different job sense he dont like customers or know how to handle an emergency like me being stuck in the elevator making us late getting out. He went on and on about what we did, but when I told him about being stuck in elevator he said NOTHING NOT EVEN SORRY. So how is it my fault that I got out late. He makes it to were we can only be there till 5p so he can watch us and treat us like little kids. We decided we arent gonna put up with his rules when we pay to be there from 6a-8p.
