This business advertises false promise to guarantee their work I agreed to do some remodeling since 11-2023 at my apartment in mountain view - the promised work -not complete and some done wrongly ex . faulty hazardous electric switchs , water faucets - not sealed and leaky shelves installed -not secure -- etc.. ----after they got their payments they fail to respond to my concerns - I tried calling the involved persons - and found out that their game is to address my concern to someone else-- finally on 11-25-2023 - they send me e-mail stating they are willing to send someone to check on what was not finished and faulty - they request to charge additional $ 175 /Hour + and added fee just for the cost of the time of checking on their faulty and incomplete work in summery = please help
