Debt $2,400.00+ from Park Trace apts, Peachtree Corners, GA submitted to IQ data Intl 09/31/21. Debt was due to constructive eviction (breaking lease) due to two bad water heaters leaking natural gas and carbon monoxide in apartment. Issues noticed first day in apartment but apartment manager said the smell was due to carpet cleaner. Apartment did not report issues before allowing me to move in and did not fix for two months. CO levels at time of breaking lease were 50ppm in water heater closet and 15ppm in apartment. I had to leave the apartment due to illness from carbon monoxide gas. All information and documentation submitted NALS, but debt + interest over three years continues to show on credit report. NALS should remove this debt from my credit report or offer a discounted settlement with deletion.

NALS is incompetent and unethical. The way the Marietta GA property is managed is awful. Janet the manager is barely proficient in English and there is always a project going on that requires someone to be in your place. There is no schedule of these projects and often the projects are started and never completed with no one from NALS ever indicating that the project will not be completed. There is no organization, there is crime and drug dealing in this neighborhood. Trash is everywhere and the property is not maintained.

We are going to move out and here in Laughlin , NV. after being here for 3 months we will be moving out. This place is filthy and now they think are going to charge me at least $1175. cleaning fee some are Oven $60. and we have not used it. Ice cube tray $5.00 each we never received one or the roaches took it somehow. I could write a book with pictures but I have better things in my live to do. I highly recommend you take them to small claims court. If you are in California make them drive to San Diego or the farthest city north. You can do this in any state. Just bring facts and pictures. You do not need a lawyer because the lease is so ambiguous. I am a resident in Laughlin and I was just there this morning and my called and the manager told her their office staff all have covid. Thanks for letting me know because I would not have went in.

Upon move out, the complex charged me for costs based on an inspection that occurred outside the time frame allotted by state law. They had already sent me a final move out statement and then claimed I owed them hundreds more after the fact. The assistant manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional in her communication, even though this was caused by her oversight. When I attempted to compromise with management, they were unwilling to work with me and unapologetic for their mistake. I highly suggest avoiding signing ANY lease with this management company. They do not care about their tenants.

I never moved into the Village by the Lakes apartments in Las Vegas NV and they refuse to refund my prepaid $850.00 I never signed a lease. I live on a fixed income and want my money back. I have told everyone I know never to deal with these thieves this is elder abuse.

This company fails to notify local utilities when they take control of units. They let utilities be billed to the previous tenant until a new tenant moves in.

re: Sonoran Terraces Apts Tucson. I live on the 2nd floor and the roof in the bedroom has leaked 4 times in about 1 year. Today I woke up to leak #4 in the same spot as the other three leaks. the repairs take forever and are obviously inadequate. overall the apartment is basic (though they charge a premium) and old. I've asked them to let me out of my lease early. Please do yourself a favor and live somewhere else. UPDATES 2/15: they have refused to adjust my lease.

My wife and I have came in last week and discussed the issue about the infestation of the roaches and wanted to moved to another apartment here at the Arbors. We have decided to just vacate the apartment and find something better.I understand that the arbors require a 60 day notice to break the lease/move out .However we can not live like this another 60 days ma’am.This is very unpleasant and crooked. We have to come to an agreement because there is no way we can live like this until November. Thanks R***** ******
