  A star only because it is the lowest. If it were up to me there would be a negative rate. A representative from this firm APEX Processing Center, called my phone and gave ME the rundown of my student loan debt. At the time there was much buzz about the Student Loan Forgiveness bill up for review in Congress and the House. Wanting relief, I listened to the statements made: this company had all of my federal student loan information, was told that they worked directly with FEDERAL STUDENT AID, and was then given a contract in which they seemed to have in-depth and detailed information about my student loan debt. They stated that their 'intentions were to help me process the paperwork for the forgiveness, and then in 6 months another review would occur based on my financial status.- trusted this company to get my student loans paid. The contract was set at 166 a month for 6 months, then my student debt would be gone. They have taken money out of my account to the tune of $997 (since June of 2023)--Much to my chagrin, I am here now feeling disgusted, vulnerable, and ashamed as I fell for their false narrative. I hope that my voice will be heard here and that the BBB and ********************** can help in retrieving the money lost to these companies. I want to terminate my account, my funds RETURNED, and sever all ties with the firm immediately.

  I have tried to contact Apex for over a month. They are taken money out of my account and I'm still receiving student loan mail from my student loan saying that I owe. Apex claimed they are working on my account but this is all a SCAM. I need to speak with someone real soon

  I was contacted by this company who had all of my federal student loan information. I was told they worked directly for Federal Student Aid and I was given contact information in which they had very in-depth info on my current student loan situation and told me of another company that was scamming me during that time *************************** It turns out that both of these companies have been scamming me with the same intentions and taking my money as a means to "help" me out of my current default into a forgiveness program. THIS WAS FALSE and I am extremely disgusted and feel vulnerable as I thought I was in the process of doing the right thing as a means to help my current student loan issue. I am hoping that the BBB can help retrieve the money spent to these companies over the last few years.

  I trusted this company to get my student loans paid. The contract was ****** a month for 6 months, then my student debt would be gone. I went on to look at my loans and nothing has changed in the last 2 months. I tried to call and send a email and I have not heard back. I did some research and this company is getting sued for this.I want my account to be demolished and my funds back to my account immediately.

  This company called my wife and told her that they had debt relief for her student loans and that they could wipe out $10,000 worth of her student loans. This is a scam as is stated if you simply ****** the company and look at their reviews. My wife is a novice in the areas of student loan paperwork, and since the company seem to have all of her details and said that they were working with the *** she decided to go ahead with this until I caught it before the first payment. This company is a scam, and all I hope for is that no one else falls for the same nonsense that this company poses I am officially putting in a claim of bad business practices., false claims, and extremely accurate information on Apex processing in ************. Thank you for your attention.

  ********** has been very helpful from the very begin of the process of working with US loan ***** by lowing my monthly payment. Mr. ******* the manger was very thorough in explaining exactly what they will now and in the future, every year when I have to reapply. By helping me make sure all my paperwork is correctly done before sending into the loan department. I would recommend Apex to family and friends. Very happy with my decision to work with Apex.
