Payment methods
We accept Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks and Credit cards. Please note that if you pay by check, there would be a significant delay of your shipment (between 2-4 weeks). We need a street address for all shipments. Please no PO Boxes. International customers are responsible for duties and taxes. If you pay with Paypal we will ship your product within 1 business day. When paying by Credit card if your shipping address is different than your credit card address, in order to prevent fraud, we might ask for more information to be faxed to our office. Refund and Exchange Policy
Refund will be given as exchange for other items only. If an item is found defective on arrival (DOA) and cannot be replaced, then we will negotiate with Customer. If the item is found defective on arrival, item must be reported within 7 days and returned to us within 14 days, customers are responsible for return shipping fees. Please note that we will charge a 20% re-stocking fee for all items returned and exchanged. We do not cover fees incurred from cancelled orders without contact in a 24 hour period therefore we will charge 10% on any orders cancelled after a 24 hour period.
