    I contacted the Retention Group when I fell behind on the mortgage. They gave me the impression that they would handle my case with ease. This was not the case! I'm already struggling to pay the mortgage of $1,970 and had to pay the Retention Group $3,000 to perform the service. Oh yeah, I received a 10% discount. While paying them and trying to save to pay the mortgage when it does come due was really a struggle! Long story short the Retention Group did what I could have done! I wasted money for services that did not resolve my issue! I would like to request a refund for services not rendered!
