    I ordered a pair of Audeze ********* in September of 2023. When I ordered, i was advised that I would receive them by end of September. I did not receive them until EOM October. This was after numerous back and forth emails between me and Audeze support. Last week, 03/10/2023, after 5 months of use, the audio in my left ear cup went out after engaging the mic mute button on said left ear cup. I reached out to Audeze immediately to advise. I was advised immediately that my request (#******) has been received and would be reviewed by support staff. I was then contacted by **** from Audeze support on 3/11/2024 requesting information such as my first and last name, shipping address, phone number, headphone serial number and copy of original receipt.That email stated to reply directly to that email and to not put responses directly in line with wording of that message to ensure timely response. I did just that and received no response on 3/11/2024. I sent a follow up email that Wednesday, 313/2024 to see if they had received my information. I also called and left a voicemail to solicit some form of response and have yet to receive a response. ***, who is an Audeze support lead emailed me on03/13/2024 inquiring if my email was sent with the previous instructions, and I advised that it was, and I haven't received a response since. I'm extremely dissatisfied with Audeze and how they address their customer inquiries. I've paid for a product that failed after 5 months of use. Something that seems to be common per the reddit searches and reviews from other customers I've read. I would strongly urge anyone considering buying from Audeze to seek out alternate options as this company lacks in customer service and quality despite the high price points for their products.
