    June 24, 2022 they scamed me through my Roku taking control of my Hulu account and causing me to not be able to watch on my TV a message came cross and gave a telephone number and reference code so as a gullable senior citizen I fell for it saying they were using a different server and needed to change I ended up giving them personal information and they charged my credit card $250. for 5 years of HULU I should have been smart enough to realize then it was a scam especially when my bank wanted me to give approval for the charge. I was just wanting to get my Hulu live to work for my 84 year old husband who is nearly blind. Well later that evening we lost Hulu and a message came across about our IP address not matching our zip code so I called the number for member service and a gentleman really helped me get my TV going again and he said the call I made the day before looked like a scam. They were not offering any promotions like that. I disputed my charge and also changed my password on many of my accounts and I have a freeze on two of the credit reporting services and need to put one on Equifax. Live and learn. I feel so bad as I have really tried to stay on top of this sort of scam activity through my phone and other electronic items.
