      This website is difficult to use. No customer support, and whatever is available is certainly not US based. Impossible to get in contact with anyone. Maybe the product works, but dealing with the admin of this website is unbearable. I highly recommend considering a different provider.

      I can't opt out of those awful e-mail abuse due to not wanting to deal with a 1 to 5 day account recovery just to stop them or delete the account all together. I shouldn't have to,I shouldn't have to "Block" them because more users Blocking as many people as possible just add more load to a network that doesn't need to exist anymore. (internet is far to over loaded with company bot systems sending messages to users that blocked those messages long ago)To stop e-mails from a no-reply system should be as easy as it is on phone messages.Many automated phone systems have "reply "STOP" to end recieving these messages" and they work pretty often.So why is that system not apply to ALL Companys no-reply e-mails as well. "reply "STOP" to end recieve e-mails from autodesk" (would be great to have as a standard)even if i delete my account they still keep my data saying it's for "LEGAL" perposes reasons but in that case what IS being kept?No joke these bot systems are awful and no company should be using them in such a manner it's far FAR more work to opt out of anything than it is to sign up.A -reply- through my e-mail itself should be more than enough to opt out of subcribtions, services and e-mail promotions.

      My Fusion 360 Legacy (3 year term) is coming up for renewal and I'm supposed to have a price lock for being a legacy subscriber. I originally paid $934.50 and the renewal is $1,836.00. I reached out to customer service but have been getting the run around for a several days.

      We purchased a software package in February. We paid our bill within 14 days of invoice. It is now June. We have not received any support and they cannot implement the software. They say there was an error in the ** number. Worst experience with a software company. As large as they are I would have imagined them having better customer service. After 4 months and dozens of phone calls we finally gave up. Too much energy.

      They subscribed me to one of their plans without my knowledge. Its possible I may have accidentally subscribed, though I doubt it. No matter what I literally never used their software and you can see that on the reports and they refuse to refund me for this software I literally never used. Aside from that, they have no problem calling me to sell me stuff but when I try and contact support they dont respond for days. They have said they will call me for 3 days now and they havent. You wouldnt expect the most overpriced product in the world to have the worst customer service possible.

      We had Autodesk power-inspect subscription for one year which we havent used due to our CMM hardware issues , after one year we havent renewed this as we no longer needed the software, as our CMM hardware is no longer in use. two years later Autodesk India team is sending emails & calls threatening that we have unlicensed versions at out office . Without knowing the ************************ Autodesk team is harassing & threatening customers. This is very unprofessional.
