We replaced the foam in the seat cushions in the dinette of our new camper. Since we had never done that before, we were very appreciative of the service we got in talking with the customer service folks. The foam we received fit perfectly and provides the support we were looking for. We are very pleased with both the product and the service.

Wonderful service! I ordered a new foam insert for a 26 year old Lazyboy recliner on-line and really had no idea what I was doing. About a day after I placed my order I got a phone call from a gentleman at FoamOrder asking if I was sure I wanted what I had ordered. After talking to him about what I needed, I had the perfect order and for about $100 cheaper! When it arrived, the foam insert fit perfectly - it's like I have a new chair!! It's not often that a company actually calls to talk about an order when they think it may not be right! I really appreciated that service and couldn't be happier with the insert. Very happy with the new couch cushion that I ordered. It came exactly as I ordered. And it fit very well into the cushion cover. My cusihon cover has a zipper, and it was still in very good shape. I Just had to squash the foam in.I had to measure the old cushion and send the measurements with the order. It was perfect. Nice foam, it was better than our orignal cushion. I looked on Amazon and they wanted double the price for the same size and foam. You can order the more expensive foam from foam order but i ordered the lowest end and it was still good. These cushions are custom made and mine took a few weeks to receive it. Plus I got a 10% discount.FoamOrder.com

Ive had nothing but a positive experience with Foam Order! I had to place quite a few orders to get everything I needed to recushion my 10 year old sofa; for me it was a trial and error experience. But I followed the recommended measuring instructions and video to the letter and everything worked out perfectly! All my orders were correct and delivered promptly. Im glad I went this route, now I have at least 5 more years before I need to get a new sofa!FoamOrder.com

So pleased with this company After speaking to a customer service rep who was extremely helpful in answering a few questions I was ready to proceed with my order. I utilized their website to correctly measure for 2 new replacement sofa cushions. It was easy to place the order and afterwards received email updates every step of the way. Took a few weeks to arrive which I expected. I had concerns about trying to insert the cushions into the sofa covers so I put them in before they fully inflated. Didnt seem to effect them as they are really comfortable and breathed new life into a 12 year old sofa.FoamOrder.com
