Purchased Fit3d 2019 for full price so that I would never be charged a subscription. Now they have disabled the machine and demanding 100-200/month to use it. Company is a complete scam

They took our money and never shipped our machine. It has been months and nobody from the company is answering my calls or emails. This is the worst company and I am ashamed of myself for falling for their trap even after reading all the bad reviews and having multiple people warn me about them. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

We initially incorporated the Fit3D machine as a complimentary service for our patients, making a significant investment of thousands of dollars in the equipment, with the understanding that it was a one-time purchase. Our decision was based on a clear agreement outlined in a contract, assuring us that there would be no additional monthly subscription fees.To our surprise, we recently received an email from the company's owner, notifying us of an abrupt change in their policy. They insisted on instituting a monthly subscription fee of $100, a direct contradiction to the terms specified in our signed contract. Despite presenting evidence of the agreement, the company has refused to acknowledge the validity of the contract. This shift in business practice is both unexpected and unacceptable. The decision to impose a monthly fee directly contradicts the assurances given during the initial purchase, and it undermines the integrity of the contract we entered into. We've observed similar concerns echoed in other reviews, highlighting a pattern that raises serious doubts about the company's transparency and commitment to customer satisfaction.Attempts to communicate with the Fit3D owner and staff have been met with silence, leaving us with no option but to consider reporting the matter to the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and exploring potential legal action. The company's failure to uphold the service level agreement outlined in the contract is not only unprofessional but also constitutes a breach of trust. We feel compelled to share our experience to warn other fitness and medical professionals who may be considering an investment with Fit3D. This situation reflects a lack of honesty and integrity on the part of the company, and we hope that future professionals take these reviews into serious consideration before entering into any business dealings with Fit3D.

We were promised that there would be no recurring fee. The company has sent emails stating that we will no longer be able to use the device we purchased for $8,000 unless we pay $1,200 per year. This company is not trustworthy

Similar to **** we purchased the Fit3D machine for close to 10k and have used the machine for almost 4 years and Fit3D is forcing us to pay a subscription to continue the use of the machine. One of the determining factors in purchasing the machine was no paid subscription and now they are forcing expensive software to continue use of the machine. I believe that the company should grandfather existing owners of the machine. I have contacted ******* requesting a copy of the purchase agreement. I agree with ****, we want the purchase price of machine refunded for the bait and switch marketing or continued use and support originally sold to us.

Charged almost 10k for this machine and now want to charge a monthly fee after 2 years of use!! unbelievable!!! We purchased this product under the assumption that the purchase price covered use of the product. Now you are saying that in order to use the product that we paid for we need to pay for a subscription which was not part of the original plan. This could be considered fraud and we want our money invested back!
