100% returns permitted for textbooks up to 90 days from purchase.
100% refunds permitted on All-Access Passes up to 10 days from purchase.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
All returns must be shipped at the customer's expense.
Books must be in new/saleable condition in their original shrinkwrap.
Each shipment must include a copy of the packing slip and prior return authorization.
Returns must be shipped via traceable means with the original invoice enclosed. If packing slip or proper documentation is not enclosed with your return, we will make efforts to locate your address so that we can return the product properly. Otherwise, we will have no obligation to refund or return the product.
