    My wife and I hired them to move ** from the ************** area to ********* at the end of last year, beginning of this. We included 3 months of storage as well since we were also looking for a house. To be fair, the moves (both out and in) and the storage were fine. The crew were very friendly and respectful on both occasions. However we discovered a broken flat screen tv, damage to some musical equipment, and damage to a couple of small things after moving in. Having moved a bit, we expected some loss and fortunately it was nothing sentimental.Recouping the cost of replacement was a different story. When they answered the phone - which was rare, we were assured that the "loss department" was handling it. They weren't. And after calling repeatedly over a couple of months, they finally just ghosted us completely and never answered, never called back. We are out about $2,000. There are better companies to choose from.

    Our family was moving from one apartment to another in the same city. We hired All In Moving to move furniture and boxes to the new location. We directed them exactly what to move. We told them not to touch certain personal items, including 2 laptop computers that were in a back pack. The computers were stolen by All in Moving. For days they would not respond to our calls and correspondence. When we finally heard from them they refuse to reimburse us almost $7000 that it cost to replace them.
