  two years paying 584 and they only settled 2 cards a total of 4thousand the rest it says fees fees fees fees

  Literally a scam be more aware of this business. They will just used your accounts to get their money and will leave you hanging on your last and most owed debt accounts.
  i know they have great "advertisement" on TV, but literally you will end up paying what you originally owed plus messed up credit score.
  
  They will juggle their representatives so they won't feel responsible at the end. Sorry to say this but i wish i could have just paid for those debt by myself. Ended up ruining my credit plus paying for the full amount of debt.
  
  I never miss any updates about my accounts and always call. First 3 years my account should have been settled by may 2023, but as of sep 2022 they asked me to do another rounds of 650 per month for a year because as stated my money is not sufficient to settle my remaining accounts.
  
  First Estimated amount when i signed up was ******, total amount of debt is ****** but i will end up paying the full amount of debt because of negligence on their part for not settling the account on time. It's really not fair because on the first 3 accounts they did great settling them in the right time and amount, they made money of those 3 accounts the last 2 accounts and the most owed, They could not settle because "its too late" creditors gave me 2 options which is i can't and no way able to do it in my current situation so i will end up settling for full amount of debt. I feel so used by this business. They made money from the first 3 accounts and literally left the other 2 accounts for me to deal with. This is a scam or fraud i wish i can go back 3 years ago and decided to just pay off those debts myself. Be more aware of this business!
