  On 3/20/25 I brought my sister old laptop here for repair. First a person name Long told me $50 for diagnostic, so I declined. As I prepared to walk out, he examined the laptop and said the motherboard is bad. I said we just need the data in the hard drive. He said he could retrieve the data for $50, and put it on a USB drive. He said if they provide a USB stick, it would be another $20. I agreed to it, and left the laptop there. About an hour later I received a text saying the hard drive is physically damaged and it would cost $250 to fix it, and if not successful, they would have to send to a lab and cost $800. I texted back and said we don't want to do it, and I would come by to pick up the laptop. They texted back and said there is a $50 charge for diagnostic if you don't let them repair. I texted back and it was not mentioned at ****** you can see, attached is the receit/work order for the laptop, only $50 to retrieve data from the hard drive.When I arrived at 5:15PM later, another person was at the counter, he told me Long is not at the store, and refused to give me my laptop back. I said it's not what was agreed and argument ensued. He then told me to leave the store, almost trying to shove me out. I said don't assault me. He then used 2 spray cans to spray on me, so I left the store. I called the police, and waited 30 minutes, police not coming. Meanwhile, my sister called and said let her talked to the guy, just give him $25 cash and get the laptop back. So I did ******* short, this place cheated and assaulted me. Watch out for the cheats, I would avoid them.

  Our technician politely explained to you to come when the laptop is put back together but you refuse to leave. You can't just show up without prior arrangement and demand us to do this and that, the same day you drop it off. You have not paid for diagnostics, nor rush service. Respect for our staff and other customers. Your worry . Your sister apologized for your behavior and we accepted her apology. We have 758 reviews on goolge at 4.7 stars for a reason. You are a pain to yourself and others, it's not about the money. Someone has to stand up to your bullying. If the police shows up you would be charged with disrupting a business.

  Called and emailed the company before I came in to discuss the issue with my motherboard. Brought in high end Xeon cpu ZBook Workstation for repair to the motherboard, they said it was repairable/replaceable after discussing and was quoted for the replacement of the same motherboard. I was told to come in and pick up the item. When I arrived they didn't offer to show me that it worked. I checked the computer hardware settings before leaving and found that it was now a low end i7 cpu. I told them I wasn't taking it and also wasn't paying more than quoted for them to make right. When I came back the second time they didn't tell me the harddrive was not put back into the computer. Several weeks went by and I found out that the harddrive was missing, when I opened it because the fan made a scraping noise when it was running. I confronted the owner again about having my harddrive, another of his mistakes, and he just says sorry and acts like it's normal. I picked it up immediately and went home to install it.
  and found out the motherboard they installed doesn't have the connection soldered onto it for me to attach the secondary hard drive.(same harddrive they took and kept)
  
  I'm writing a review in hopes that people absolutely avoid this company as they scam people by repairing with lesser quality components or will steal their hardware! Highly regret taking my computer to this company as I feel they violated me by charging me a price for one thing and then changing the terms at their convenience. I paid for the laptop with the lesser quality because I had no option and they didn't offer any discount or correct the repair/replacement. On top of everything, I have no idea if they took any of my personal information and don't trust them if they said they didn't. They are scammers, should be investigated for further criminal activity. Have photos of the computer hardware before bringing into the store, and screenshots of the discussion between me and the manager/owner.
