  I needed to have my first floor redone (approx. **** sqft) including kitchen and bathroom remodeling. I chose Everest to help with the design. I was very lucky to have ****** as my architect. He is very experienced, proactive, and very easy to work with. He indeed did high quality work. Even though the project manager assigned to my project during the design phase really upset me, I was happy to have *******, as my project manager during the post-design phase. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. Each time he turned around quite fast when I inquired about the status. He followed up with me to make sure everything was ok each time he forwarded me the plan update.I applied for city permit as homeowner. Everest was very supportive during the application review process.

  Design Everest **** has been an absolute pleasure to work with time and again. Shiv always answers our questions with professionalism and in a timely manner and *******, the engineer, provides high quality work with a consistently quick turnaround. Our company has used them for multiple electrical and structural engineering projects such as permanent generator installations and spray booth ********* plans. We are grateful to have found them as we hadn't had positive experiences with engineering teams previously. The ******** team cant recommend Design Everest enough!

  It took Design Everest 14 months to give us the architectural plans for a 500 sq ft garage to be built from the ground up. Once we got the architects plans, the civil and structural engineers plans took two weeks. The architect was so unprofessional and his plans are riddled with mistakes. The garage is situated very close to two neighbor's property lines and the plans have no measurements of how far the walls are from the property lines, so we just had to figure that out. Also, during the 14 months, the prices of everything went up so much that we can only execute part of our plans , only the concrete work. Now that we have demolished the existing retaining walls and are ready to build the new ones, we cannot because the land surveyor found a big mistake in the plans. He designed the garage too close to the sidewalk, so we are stuck. We may have to ask for a change in his plans , which we will surely get charged for and pay a lot of money to the permit department for a change in plans. It has been such a stressful experience and a lot of money for basically nothing.

  Stay away. Very poor service and no responsibilities for the work and timeline. I asked to provide a structural design plan and after several months and calls of work, they delivered completely different plans. When I requested to correct them they disappeared for several months. After waiting with no response I requested to finalize what they have (at least I would have something), and they disappeared again. Any attempt to reach to actual person lead to silence (reception will take a message and nobody call back) I asked to terminate the contract due to non-performance - in response I got an invoice .... with no explanation, no calls... nothing... This is the worst design company I ever dealt with.
