      Warning About Printifys Shady "Wallet Refund" Policy. Just a heads-up for anyone using Printifybe VERY careful with their refund practices. I was wrongfully charged over $1,000 for an order that was never processed or delivered, and instead of refunding my card, Printify dumped the full amount into their Printify Wallet without my consent.When I tried to withdraw the funds, the site wouldnt allow it, and customer support was useless. I disputed the charge with my bank (which ruled in my favor), but Printify is now harassing me, demanding I repay the money because a few small orders used the forced wallet balance.They cited their Terms of Service as justification for trapping my money in their systembasically forcing me to spend with them instead of refunding me properly. This feels like a forced store credit scam also known as Conversion Fraud.If this happens to you, dispute the charge with your bank and report them to the **** BBB, and your state Attorney General.

      We are a new business and made our first order of T-shirts 13 unique orders used the same business card to pay for these orders and Printify keeps rejecting the payment. They cant figure out why and now we are four days in and no t-shirt orders have processed and no one cares that our business reputation is on the line. No solution in sight!

      Wish I could give them no starts.They fleeced our non profit for close to $300.Had merchandise printed and the color did not match the logo submitted. They said it wasn't there fault because the color we gave them prints darker. This issue was never brought up and did not show up in proofs.

      Horrible products and horrible customer service. I ordered 10 prints. 5 of those prints were blurry, washed out color and I had to throw them away. God thanks I ordered samples first before offering my art through their POD services. When I contacted them I was on the phone for an hour, they just kept sending me to someone else in hopes I hang up. Finally someone then said that they cant refund me my money because the quality is within their acceptance range!! They were horrible! Just think if customers would have received them!?! They would have left bad feedback and ruined my business. I cant believe that there is no quality control and they just let anything through. They dont care about you or your business. They only care about making money in that moment. Take your business where people know what they are doing and care,

      Have a shop and use Printify for for all my suppliers. T-shits, stickers, home decor items, etc. I recently ordered round vinyl stickers to make sure they looked good. First order came in and the edges around both stickers were rough and ragged. Looks like they used a dull cutter to cut these stickers. To top that off The item was not center in the circle. I double checked my proof and template and they logo was centered everyway around. This company does not quality control check their suppliers and lets them send out complete garage to customers hurting small businesses. I have no totally shut down my shop until I can find a replacement supplier. Beware if you are looking for a supplier FIND SOMEONE ELSE!!!

      Printify uses a vendor by the name of District Photo, but Printify is supposed to be a merchant's advocate. On November 28, 2023, I ordered 2 sample mugs for a total of $19.48 including shipping to **********, **. This order was to be shown to a customer for potential future sales. District Photo said the samples were produced and shipped on December 3 and provided a tracking number ending in ****. The bad thing is this tracking number was used for delivery to **********, ** on August 26, 2023, three months before my order. I emailed Printify AGAIN last night because I am unable to access my account to send an "issue" form, requesting this order be canceled as I was forced to use another vendor at a higher price. I also asked for a refund of my full cost of $19.48. Today, I looked at the *** tracking number, and guess what? Instead of Printify canceling and refunding, it now shows "Delivery date will be provided as soon as possible", but still shows the delivery address as "**********, **". It would be great if you could contact Printify or District Photo by telephone to resolve issues. But that is something they don't wish to do. You can't even post a DM on X unless you pay a subscription charge. I now have paid for TWO orders at two different companies for the same sample. Terrible company to deal with. Run, far far away from Printify.

      Site is ok when it works. It's hit or miss. Some times I an upload and up date stuff with out a problem and then out of the blue I can't! I haven't been able to load new Mech since like 5 days ago, their customer service *****.

      ******** decided to disable my account. After many many orders, they decided to suspend my account. And ask for a ton of information, pictures of cards, accounts, bank statements, selfies. Pictures of every single card that you have used. THIS IS CRAZZYY. I tried to submit most of the sensitive information, but after submitting proof of ID, and proof of payment ownership they still denied my account access. This is a business we are running here not a ******** profile, can't just suspend people's business cause you feel like it.

      Flat out refusing to pay me my profits. They disabled the link where I can enter my payment details and tax information. It's a scam, simple as that, they are not planning to pay people.

      At one time I had created a printify log in to research using their service. I tried to log in again recently to take a second look and my account was locked. In order to be able to log in again they want a picture of my government id and a picture of my last 3 credit cards and a utility bill.Just to sign in.
