    I made my first order on Nov 4 and experienced super slow shipping. I knew that the samplers wouldn't be shipping until Nov 15th when I ordered. But Revive didn't create the shipping label until Nov 18 and then **** spent 10 days waiting for Revive to deliver the item to arrive at their facility! **** got it to me within four days on Dec 2. When I chatted with Revive about it, they said that it was **** that was slow but I don't believe it. Meanwhile, oils ordered from different companies (Plant ******** Rocky ********* *****) arrive in a week or less.I quickly tried out the oils and only liked about 5/12 of the Christmas Blends and 4/18 of their basic sampler kit. Emailed Revive about my general unsatisfaction three times with no response. Their chat feature has been removed from their website.I am not impressed with Revive.

    Ordered and 3 weeks later have not even shipped my order, contacted after week one and said they would ship in 1-2 days and no shipping information has been sent. ************* filed dispute with bank. Do not buy from this company.

    Revive Essential oil customer service is very poor. They send me a code "FRIDAY" to get $25 off on orders over $100 and the $48.50 Rose *****On was on sale for $25. I have proofs. After I submitted my order, the statement showed CODE for $25 was removed and the Rose **** On returned to full price $48.50 instead of $25. I was aghast to find there was no way to cancel my order and quickly left them an email message (they dont have phone number for customer service) and heard nothing from them for many days. After 9th message, they never responded. I also left them a text number, they continue to ignore me. I have decided to stop quarterly subscription and oil of the month club. This is not the first time, I gave them too many chances and they never improve, even after feedback I left for them. They removed all of my honest feedback. Buyers, be aware! (I'm going to try Young ****** after this!)

    Ordered in November as a Christmas gift. They say ship in 1-3 days. It's been almost 3 weeks and no tracking number or anything. Can't call. They don't answer emails. This company is a scam

    First they have no contact number for ***************** The number listed is to take orders only. They communicate only through email and texts and take 5-7 days to respond. My order never shipped, so I reached out a week later. Finally they emailed to apologize for the delayed reply and to inform me that one of the products were on back order so they decided to hold my entire order and not notify me. I requested through a text to ship my order without the product and refund my money for the back ordered product and again no reply in two days. Checked my order and the order still hasn't been shipped. Now I'm trying to cancel the entire order.
