    I ordered a Skylight Calendar under the assumption that it would be shipped out the next day based on what it says on the website. When I reached out almost a week later to get an update because it still had not shipped, they totally ignored my question and would not give me an estimate for when it would be shipped. I kept waiting and kept emailing them back until I finally called them during their stated business hours only to find they don't answer the phone and tell you to email them.There are a ton of misleading statements on the website designed to make clients think that they are better than their competition such as the chart that specifically points out how other competitors don't have their products available but they do and they ship their products daily. That is completely designed to lead customers to believe that if they order their product that it is ready to be shipped to them the very next day, when in fact I found multiple reviews showing that some people's orders still hadn't shipped to them after almost 2 months. They have a voicemail telling customers calling in that they have extremely high call volume as if they are even answering the phone when people call in which they are not because I was never even given the opportunity to wait on hold for a customer service rep.When it comes to customer reviews they designed the website to only show the 5 star reviews and to hide the lower rated reviews at the end of hundreds and hundreds of pages of reviews so that you would have to spend an hour scrolling through pages of reviews to finally find the negative reviews of the company. I only was able to find a bad review when I did a keyword search and the initial reviews that popped up didn't have the word I searched for but they were 5 star reviews. Once I got to the last page of the results I finally found the bad reviews that had the exact word that I searched for in them.

    Never was told that what I was buying was subscription based after the "free trial" runs out or whatever. You pay for the frame and then 2 years later they start you on at $40 subscription and make it nearly impossible to cancel the subscription on your own. There website consists of 3 different website and a website for their app, all of which wouldn't take any of my login info or even recognize me as a customer which means I have no way of updating my billing info or canceling the subscription. I had to sit on the phone and talk to their rep who eventually canceled it for me. Overall it seems the design is based on you buying their product so they can hopefully get away with charging you a mysterious subscription fee later in the future with hopes that you don't realize it. The least they could do is compile their business into a singular website that users can actually access and see whats happening. Horrible business with horrible practices. Stay far away.
