    Unfortunately I have yet to receive my package from Trending Customs I order the item beginning in April and its May. Im extremely unhappy with no contact back to me with my issue. I either want the product or a refund. It would really be nice to hear back from the company. I would NOT recommend this company.

    I ordered a gift for my mother for Mothers Day and it never showed up! Im extremely upset and now out of $95 . DO NOT GET ANYTHING FEOM THIS FAKE COMPANY

    When I actually finally received a tracking number, it was for someone elses order. My new tracking number shows my package has been in preshipment since April 23rd. I was offered a refund on shipping costs but at this point I just want my money back. This was supposed to be a Mothers Day gift and now it wont make it here on time if at all. I definitely should have done my due diligence in researching this company. It is clear that they have the same excuses for every customer that has bought something from them. I urge anyone considering buying from this company to NOT do it! Im going to file a dispute with my bank.

    Like several complaints found on the ********************** review page, social media and internet, I too have become a victim of this scam.The business which calls itself trending custom claims to be currently headquartered in *************. I have found due to numerous complaints an online company which referred to itself as "Trending Custom" originally reported as being in ***********************************************************. After numerous complaints with a ********************** they now claim to have an address of ***********************************************************************************, 94114.And the complaints I have seen are all the same. They quickly take your money, then they claim the package is delayed due to damages, they claim their order been remade and then they claim the order is being shipped. They keep you on the hook for 30 days. After 30 days when you finally realize that you are not receiving would you paid for you go to the company to try to file a complaint and refund and there you are told that there are no refunds honored after 30 days.It is quite obvious that this company is an online scam and it is disheartening that Meta (dba ********* allows this company to continue to scan customers after numerous complaints have been filed since the year 2020.Every single consumer who has been victimized by this company should immediately file complaints with the ********************** as well as your State **************************
