"************************************************************* This was the perfect oven for all that I cook. It worked perfectly until I got an error message that said 408 serv ice I emailed customer service and asked what does this mean - they said it needs firmware update So I did it Waited unplugged for 24 hours plugged back in went thru setup oven worked all is fine, NO after the cook it did the exact same thing, I did this about 5 more times started February 28, 2024 Talked by email to several people the second to the last person I spoke to ***** took me thru the process same thing happened after several days of back and forth emails so the last email he said we need to replace this oven fill out the form tell them you talked to ***** and we will get you another oven." ...
