    0/10 STAY AWAY from this firm -- They advertise a monthly fee, but the fee is not monthly at all - they deduct the full amount for the year. Their realtor matching was absolutely abysmal and we played phone tag with them for far too long without any accountability. Upon not being happy with their service at all and asking for a refund they hide behind their TOS and say they don't do refunds.

Our subscription services are available on a monthly or annual basis, and you can choose either option when you first subscribe; Hemlane does not automatically subscribe you once your trial has ended. Additionally, you also have the flexibility to update your billing preferences at any time during your subscription while using Hemlane. Our teams have reviewed your account and in regards to our subscription refund policy, due to the nature of our subscription services we are unable to provide refunds and instead provide credit for all unused time. This policy is consistent with many similar subscription services, such as ******** and is considered an industry standard. Instead, Hemlane's platform remains fully accessible to you with all functionality until the end of your billing cycle, or will automatically provide you with future credit should you choose to instead archive all activity within your Hemlane account. This credit will not expire and will remain for you to use on your next subscription invoice automatically.     Spammers. Hemlane sends unsolicited emails to us through ******, ***********, and *** every time we list our home for rent. Hemlane's competitors honor the "no solicitation" policies of these websites.

    They are unclear about the services they provide, nor do they truly service any area. You might as well manage the property yourself. Im chasing a refund that was promised three days ago. I am hoping to get this resolved soon.
