      Very poor business practices. I purchased their monthly preschool curriculum Experience Early Learning. After multiple emails with ******************************* she confirmed that 1. they did not send part of my order 2. they dont have the missing items to send to me 3. its their policy to not refund anything. I will be contacting my credit card company for a refund.

      Hi *******, thank you for your feedback and were so sorry youve experienced this. Our June theme box inadvertently had a small number of missing items due to an operational issue. In response, we emailed all affected customers with an updated ****** plan and provided printable alternatives to ensure an engaging learning experience. We are taking steps to ensure this does not happen again.  We are also happy to issue you a refund. We will be reaching out to make this right for you!

      Absolutely awful! Cannot get any customer support whatsoever. When you are signing up they are doing constant zoom meetings. As soon as they have your money, they will not respond to calls or emails, even if they have a bug in their system that is mistakenly billing your customers. You have to schedule 15 minutes of support time 1 to 2 weeks in advance, and they still don't have the answer to their software problem that is messing up your books and ******* off your customers! We have BEGGED to speak to someone, apparently no one has answers at this time. RUN!

      At brightwheel, we aim to provide responsive support via live chat, where customers can expect a typical business hours response time of 30 seconds or less. We also provide the option to schedule live calls with our support team, which are usually available within 1 business day of the booking date. The vast majority of support interactions are resolved within the same business day.We first spoke to *********************** on 6/28, when she first reported the problem shes described. In that initial conversation, our support agent was able to help correct the immediate impact to the schools invoices being caused by this issue, while also promising to escalate the underlying issue to our engineering team as a possible product fix. This particular issue did ultimately require specialized expertise to investigate and resolve. Our engineers released a fix on 7/24. We have attempted to follow up with ********************* via email and phone several times to ensure that the issue is now fully resolved on their end. We still have the support ticket open, awaiting their response.
