  Apollo.io has to be the worst support I have ever experienced. Their support is so poor, I think it must be a strategy of senior management in order to scam more profits. For example, I have been overcharged on two occasions and had to fight tooth and nail to get them to listen. The initial support is basic, probably AI, and they will never fix the issue. If you keep on at them they will pass you to the engineering team, who do not respond for weeks. Then they will keep ignoring you, so you will have to create a new ticket, and the process starts again. If you do not run out of patience and time, you might eventually get somewhere, although it has been 3 weeks since I raised the following issue, and it has still not been resolved. 1. I enriched data 2. They emailed me the enriched file 3. The file was of a previously enriched file - this caused confusion so I reuploaded the original file, and they charged me twice for enriching the same data. The issue is they send the incorrect file (probably deliberately) which causes confusion, so customers like me reupload files and get charged twice. All they have to do is fix the automated email to incude the correct file, yet this has not been fixed in the weeks that I raised the issue.This has to be a deliberate strategy by management to scam additional fees.

  This company publicly posted my information, including my personal phone number and my work email address. I was receiving spear phishing calls pretending to be from my place of work on my personal number, and some even tracked down my address because they had my work and phone number... this is dangerous. I requested my info to be removed and asked them where it was sourced so I can ensure I protected myself. They said that since I just requested to remove my information they could not provide the source... wow. They said they most likely to it from another public website... but when I ****** my information it does not appear anywhere.

  Apollo.io was an unauthorized fraudulent charge on my credit card. In trying to trace the company only other association was ************* I looked through my records and did not find any transaction or reason why I would have charges from the company. I had to cancel my cards because of this company. I did not request any of their services. The company is a scam and a fraud.

  First, BEWARE of a company that does not list their customer service department's phone number. You can only reach out by chat with a wait time of *************************************************************************************************** addition, their FAQs/Knowledge Base is poorly written and hard to understand. Lastly and most importantly, about 10% of the phone numbers scraped by the system are verified. NOT WORTH THE ROI.What else can you expect from a company started by sleazy salesmen? I would give the a -5 rating if I could.

  They copy your information and sell it without your concent. They removed my info from their site, but the clone they made of my linkedin profile is now showing up on other sites. They even figured out my work email which I had never listed ANYWHERE and they sold that as well, I know because I called one the numbers off an ad I received and after responding poorly to the ad they gladly told me where they bought my information. It doesn't matter that they hid my info on their site at this point since they have already sold my info to who ever, and some of them will probably sell or trade it as well.This company and their business practices are shady.

  Sold services that we did not need, on a recorded call stated that I could cancel at any time. I have been unable to speak to anyone that is not outsourced and told I have to pay for the subscription, even though in email and on a recorded Zoom, I was told otherwise. The next step is a CC chargeback with Amex.

  They have all my personal info including social security and more. They are selling it to other scam sites. They REFUSE TO REMOVE my information. Saying its a free ******************. Problem is they ARE NOT IN *******. Our government needs to help our people instead of worrying about their millions and billions of dollar salaries. We the people are suffering with this identity theft and I have already had several thousand stolen from me and been fighting to get it back as well as get my information taken down.

  Its crazy how badly they treat their employees. It is disorganized and quite honestly just dishonest and messy as a company.
