      You guys are still charged me $178.06 for these FRAUDULENT transactions and still trying to collect additional money for a tip that the scammer requested. Lyft just sent me an additional email requesting that I update my card information for a remaining balance of $43. The payment is being denied because I spent hours CLOSING ALL OF my card accounts yesterday!!! ALL OF MY PERSONAL INFORMATION HAS BEEN EXPOSED ON YOUR LYFT PLATFORM to HACKERS!!!I WILL SOUND THE ALARM FOR RIDE-SHARE customers to know that ********************** has VERY POOR response time to IMPORTANT FRAUDULENT transactions and concerns, and EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES that ONLY allow you to text message your concerns THAT EVENTUALLY was BLOCKED by LYFT stopping from following up with additional details!!!I did NOT travel to ******** and this Lyft Driver appears to be apart of this scam by appearing to using my Lyft account.Please review attachments This LYFT DRIVER is SCAMMING!!!HE NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED!I WILL FILE A COMPLAINT with the Better Business Bureau (BBB) and the ********************************* (***) about this horrible and scary experience! I BELIEVE THAT LYFT SYSTEM HAS BEEN COMPROMISED EXPOSING MILLIONS OF PEOPLE PERSONAL INFORMATION TO HACKERS such as home address, places we frequently visit, listed credit cards, and other PRIVATE items.

      I am no longer allowed to drive due to a medical condition. My friend usually takes me around, but his car died and was in the shop. He arranged to have a Lyft driver pick us up and take us to where we needed to go. We met our driver just before our designated time and he had folders and documents all over his backseat. My friend asked him if it would be okay to move the papers off the back seat because he needed a place to sit. The driver said okay. The driver drove recklessly, wore no seatbelt, and blasted music during the drive. My friend and I were cordial with the driver and still gave him the typical 20% tip despite him not really deserving it. It was even a pretty short ride.After our ride ended, my friend's account was charged an additional $40 damage fee. When we asked about the reason for the charge, Lyft provided 3 photos as "evidence", but the photos are questionable at best. We reached out to Lyft customer service about it because the photos showed staining, but did not show which seat was stained, a timestamp of when the photos were taken, and/or even if it was the same car we were in. The definition for the "damages" that the driver claimed we caused - which we definitely did not as neither of us had any liquids or food at the time - is "$20: Minor damage such as mud, dirt, fur, food or drink residue on the vehicle seats. $40: Moderate messes such as biowaste, and large messes from food or spills, on the exterior or floorboard of the vehicle" (Lyft, 2025). As this alleged damage was on the seat, we shouldn't be charged $40 but $20, assuming that we did cause it, which again is not possible as we did not have any food or spills from any liquids. Both my friend and I had no baggage or items to bring with us either.Lyft customer service said that they reopened the investigation and determined that they will not cancel the charges. They are nothing but scammers and they should be shut down.Get a lift with anybody else but Lyft.

      On May 19 I scheduled a Lyft ride for the following morning at 11am. The driver never came, then cancelled the ride and Lyft charged me $10. I was going to the ************** and nearly missed my flight as a result. Lyft promises they will reimburse you if they are late or don't show up, but instead they charge you when they don't come. Lyft has turned off their website, has no usable phone support, and insists you use their phone app, which doesn't allow you to explain what happened.and get the compensation they promise. Their sevice is unreliable and there is essentially no customer support.

      Terrible service. Lyft driver was 20 minutes late, I was waiting in the the freezing cold. I texted the driver where I was and he said he missed a turn so I had to wait longer. He finally gets to me and when he sees me, he asked me where I am going, so I told him the address I put in. He said where is that, so I told him the city and he said oh no thats too far for me. I said you accepted the ride, you knew where I was going and he said no thats too far I cant take you. The driver was very discriminatory, and also knew where I was going since he accepted the ride. I contacted Lyft customer service, they lowballed me and told me they would give me a $5 credit and they never did. I reached back out to their customer service and never heard back. I wish this company goes down forever for their lack of service.

      This buiseness and app for customer service *****. U can't get a real person on here. It says my Driver license is not real so I can't sign up on this stuiped app. So bad I hope u go out of buiseness.i won't give it ine start but had to just to write this.

      Lyft is one BIG SCAM. They do not stick to their word. They will constantly STEAL money from you. They will tell you a ride is over price but will charge you a WAY DIFFERENT price. DO NOT USE LYFT. THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!

      Lyft deactivated my account after driving for exactly one year. I had over ***** rides and 3 people made false Complaints against me to get free rides. Lyft knowingly knows ppl do this for free rides but does nothing to protect the drivers working for them. Then when you are emailing with the safety team it's AI and not a real human so there is no way to get help. They will deactivate your account for hearsay without any proof

      Driver did t speak English. Drivers GPS was taking him in the wrong direction. I tried to tell him where to go by pointing. He got mad. Started yelling at me in Spanish and kicked me out. I had to walk a mile home on a busy 4 lane road

      Multiple times my Lyft drivers have cancelled on me without reason, even as I am standing in the correct spot and waiting for pick up. Lyft is not helpful at all with refunds or filing grievances. There have been a few times where I have had to give up on ordering a ride and drive myself to the airport after drivers cancelled on me. This caused me to pay for expensive airport parking for a week.

      Several times Lyft has assigned a driver and then dropped, switching to another that takes longer. Just happened 3x at ***** at 1:30 in the morning.
