"I booked appointment for silk press with this stylist. On morning of appointment, after taking care of my 85yr mom (dementia) and preparing to leave for appointments, she text me (says she called, but I dont answer unknown callers) she text to move my appointment (her previous appointment was late so I had to be inconvenienced) I explained I had another appointment later and that it would not be possible, Saturday would be better she offered 7A (wtf) I countered with 8A but afterwards within the hour I decided I didnt want her to do it at all." ...
