    We have been considering replacing all of our windows and back patio door on our stucco home for years. After seeing the vinyl windows replaced on our neighbor's home, it was clear that was not the best option. They had way less window area after their replacement and the white frame looks awful. We are so happy with our custom colored Renewal by Andersen windows, and they actually framed them in so we maintained the size of viewable glass in each window. We'll done!

    I had a sliding glass door installed in Mar 2021. The door was warped and did not lock right, the door also leaked during the rains. The door panel was eventually replaced (after 3 attempts to get the right door) the leak however is still an issue. They did send a tech out who said the leak was coming from the upper windows, at their suggestion we had the upper windows replaced and till this day the door continues to leak. They have done absolutely nothing to fix the leak. I have sent pictures and a video of the leaks to Renewal by Andersen and asked them to identify the problem and fix it. Although they have said they would be out they have repeatedly missed their appointments and did not even try to reschedule? They stopped returning our messages and even corporate failed to return our emails. To date they have not addressed this issue and I believe they do not intend too. Please stay away from this company!!! We wish we did!!!! One star is far from what they deserve!!

    I WONT EVEN GIVE THEM A SINGLE STAR. WE SPENT OVER 30K FOR DOORS. WE HAVE BEEN WAITING ALMOST A YEAR NOW AND THEY STILL HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED OR PROVIDED SUFFICENT SOLUTION TO THE NUMEROUS ISSUES THEY HAVE CAUSED . I WONT TAKE THE **** TO DESCRIBE BUT BE FOR WARNED. THEY DONT CARE . THEY DONT RETURN CALLS AND THE ENTIRE ORGINIZATION HAS NOT RESPONED TO MY NUMEROUS CRIES FOR HELP. THIS INCLUDES THIER CORPORAT. IF YOUR SMART DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I AM A RESONABLE AND PATIENT MAN WHO HAS BEEN IN THE SERVICE BIZ FOR ******************
