  On November 30th, 2023, I placed an order with ******* **********/*******, Owner of Lets Vend for a custom wrap vending machine, paying $6,495 upfront. ******* promised that my machine would be delivered and operational by May 15th, 2024, that date never happened. What makes this even more disappointing is that I trusted ******* completelyso much that I withdrew the money from my retirement fund to start a family business with my kids who were super excited. Which ******* knew about. I had been following Lets Vend since 2021, and after years of consideration, I finally pulled the trigger, making this situation all the more disappointing.This vending machine was the key part of our family business, and I had big aspirations for what it could achieve. In fact, I was so excited about my partnership with Lets Vend and my relationship with ******* that I had planned to purchase another machine from her while this machine was in production, and then another in ******* first, ******* was very responsive. We texted almost daily about the status of my machine, and she seemed genuinely invested in helping me get the business up and running. But after the promised delivery date passed, everything changed. I started getting vague excuses, and eventually, ******* became completely unresponsive and even blocked me from creating ****** meets. As of today, January 2025, all I have is a mock-up of the machineno delivery, no updates, no accountability. I have now filed a fraud claim with my bank.This experience has been incredibly painful, stressful and disheartening. Lets Vend has not only failed to deliver on their promises but has also caused me financial strain and impacted my plans with potential business partners. Disappointedly I cannot recommend *******/Lets Vend to anyone, and will have to start from scratch looking for a new location.

  Paid over $6000 for a machine with the agreement to be placed in a previously determined establishment. They said it would take ***** days. It has been 6 months and all I have received is the run around. ******** excuses and promises that the matter would be resolved, over and over the same lines but no solutions or proof of anything was provided. I have been texting the owner since the beginning because I gave up trying to email support because they will literally not respond. Now once I brought up that I would be seeking a refund, I have not received a response in over a week from the owner. I have claimed this as fraud with my bank because that is exactly what this is, fraudulent. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! They will scam you out of your money and sell you empty promises.

  This company is a scam. I paid $7500 for a beauty supply vending machine. They also promised to offer placement of the machine at a location when the machine is ready. They promised me the machine would be ready and delivered to the location within 90 days it has been 17months since I have paid them and they at first kept putting me off saying there was delays and eventually stopped responding to my call's emails and messages. ******* and ******* are low down dirty scammers, and they deserve to be in jail. This business is also associated with Mo Beauty Supply vending, and I highly recommend that you do not do business with them unless you want to lose your money and get no product back in return. This financial loss has been so devastating to me and my family. I am a single mother and was hoping this vending machine investment could help add extra income to our family and instead I was robbed causing me and my family a financial hardship. Karma will come for you ******* & *******!

  Let's Vend is not business partners with **************** Vending. Client was provided multiple machine mockups after purchase, never selected a final mockup, therefore their machine was not sent to production. Per our agreement, "In the event that the Buyer fails to submit the design form and select a final mockup within 90 days, the machine will no longer be held in the production line. At this point, the machine will be deemed abandoned and will remain at the manufacturer's warehouse. Please note that no refunds will be applicable in such cases." Let's Vend attempted, with proof, to complete and produce the order prior to abandonment.

  I do not recommend purchasing a vending machine from this company. To make a long story short I purchased a machine in 2020 I believe. I received the machine almost a year later. The lead list had a bunch if names, emails, and phone numbers of people who no longer even worked at the locations that I was contacting. Needless to say once I received my machine I still had no place to put it. Once I found the place and set it up I did all the paperwork for the card reader and still months after setting it up I have not been able to use it. I have been constantly trying to reach out to people and no one is able to assist me. I spoke to ******* multiple times before purchasing the machine and since i sent the money I havent talked to her not once. What seemed like a great business plan has turned out to be a bust. Also I cant even just use the cash part because the machine is not equipped to take cash. I would have to have someone set that part up. I purchased my machine in December of 2020 and have not been able to make any money off of it. Very disappointed with all companies involved.

  Let me clarify that Let's Vend does not have ownership or control over clients' credit card readers. The credit card readers, which are provided by NAYAX, must be set up by the clients themselves. This process involves entering their own social security numbers, banking information, and undergoing identity verification.Furthermore, it is important to note that the client in question did not purchase a bill acceptor or coin acceptor for the machine, nor did they request the installation of one.

  THIS COMPANY iIS FULL OF S##@ A FRAUD/ SCAMMMER. I PURCHASED A MACHINE FROM THIS COMPANY LAST YEAR OVER $7,000 FOR A CUSTOM MACHINE HERE IT IS 9 MONTHS LATER STILL NO MACHINE NO CALL NO COMMUNICATION NO EMAILS ...NOTHING. WHEN YOU CONTACT THEM IN THE BEGINNING TO PURCHASE A MACHINE YOU GET PLENTY OF EMAILS THEN AFTER THE PURCHASE IS COMPLETE YOU CANT GET AN ANSWER OR WHEREABOUTS OF THE MACHINE IF YOUR LIFE DEPENDED ON IT. THEY ARE A RIP OFF. IM GOING TO PROCEED FORWARD WITH A LAW SUIT. PPL DO YOUR RESEARCH FIRST THERE ARE SCAMMERS OUT HERE AND THESE PPL ARE IT. NEVER TRUST PPL YOU CANT SEE AND HAVE ACCESS TO. HERE IT IS **** 1ST 2023 AND STILL NO MACHINE, NO CALL, NO EMAIL. ALL YOU GET IS A RECEPTIONIST SAYING SOMEONE WILL CALL YOU BACK AND NEVER TRTURN YOUR CALL. THEY DO NOT DESERVE ANY STARS, ONE IS TO MUCH FOR THEM.??????????????????????????????

  I should have done more research about this company before giving my money over to them. I signed a lease with Lets Vend and their financing arm *********** to back in August of 2022 and have been making on-time payments all for nothing. The customer that was placement was paid for does not want to do business anymore because they were supposed to receive their custom vending machine in October 2022 and here it is almost April 2023 and nobody has any answers on where the machine is or when it be delivered. So now I have no customer and still no vending machine and I am out of almost $2,000

  These ppl ******* and ******* are scam artists. This company is a fraud. I got recommended to this company from someone else that is in the vending machine business and let me tell you it has been nothing but bad business. Maybe the person that recommended me to them is also a fraud and I fell into their trap of promoting vending machine business and how you could make a good profit but let me start by this. I purchased a vending machine package with a location included in August 2022 for well over $6,000. I put my trust in these ppl and they screwed me over. It started off by them giving me a location called ***** ****************** (****) which they already had so me and my wife went to meet with the guy were my vending machine was gonna be placed. I was told that the guy knew I didnt have the machine yet but I still notified him that I have no machine and he told me he didnt mind waiting. Time went by and I was given the run around with lies after lies. The guy cancelled his contract with me because the company took too long to send my vending machine. Here I am in the middle of February 2023 still waiting and hearing lies after lies with this person named *******. The owner ****************** never been able to talk to her. Its always this lady named *******. Are they even who they say they are because at this point everything is just a big scam. I gave them the benefit of the doubt for more than I should have but Ive taken a big loss as it is. Im in the middle of a claim with my bank to try to get some or all of my money back. Dont ever do business with this company nor these ppl named ***********************************/***************************** or ***********************************.
