    I received letter about funds and sent back to them , then decided to contact ***** Unclaimed property about money that was to be sent to me and they said money was being mailed directly to me without going through this company. So not sending 10% when they really didn't do anything but notify me first. *** getting collection letters.

    This claim was approved for payment within 30 minutes of you returning your contract. We contacted you to let you know your check would be mailed out in a few ********** replied "Thank You."We have reported this false review to the BBB in accordance with their policy.

    The people giving one star reviews and calling this outfit a scam, don't know what scam means. This is by no means a scam. It's a real company that provides exactly the service they purport to provide hence, NOT A SCAM. Because of these reviews, I realized I could do the footwork myself and did saving the 10% fee Advanced Recovery Consultants charges for their service. If you want to do the work yourself, feel free. If you want to pay this legitimate outfit to coddle you along, they deserve their cut.

    We appreciate your feedback. We didn't rip anyone off, their claims were filed & paid without any issues; unfortunately no matter what you do there will always be some that are not satisified. In order to assist in the recovery; we're requried to be licensed, insured, bonded & need to complete annual local, state, & federal background checks.
