  SCAM! Hired this company to do an inspection on 02/10/2023. I signed a contract saying my report would be back to me in **** business days. I've call at least 50 times, sent test messages and emails. I've had to hire another engineer who did a ** search for ********************* and found out this person isn't even a licensed engineer. This company is an absolute SCAM!

  This company is the absolute worst! Im blown away how these licensed engineers can be so unprofessional and rude. Especially when youre spending this kind of money. The engineer came to inspect my house, ****** said two words to me and looked at me like I was stupid for the few questions I asked him. Then he left without even saying anything or giving me a brief rundown of what he saw. Ive followed up several times with the company only to get a, someone will call you or well email you but havent heard anything from them. Were dealing with a total nightmare with our house right now and you would hope that they would be compassionate and responsive but that is definitely not the case with this company. STAY AWAY!!!

  Licensed Structural Engineers helped me with the design of my back porch/ patio renovation. They were quick and efficient with scheduling and even assisted with the permitting process which is something I had no experience with. Will hire again for future projects!

  Worst experience with a company I have ever had. In the early morning of October 13, 2022 i spoke with a representative of the company and gave them details of patio plans i had and the need for structural and electrical drawings. @ ****am of the same day I payed $1,987.50 and called them to schedule an in person inspection with the engineer to have the drawings done as per part of the detailed instructions they sent me. This is where all the problems began. They said they will call me back by the end of the day, they will call the engineer first and check availability. The end of the day came and no one called. I called the day after and ****** ( most pleasant human being that that company has ) stated that they need 2 weeks due to the engineer not been available in my area. 2 weeks passed and i called to schedule an appointment, once again they said they will give me a call back by the end of the day. The end of that day came and no one returned the call so when i called a representative stated the engineer for my area has some pending license and it will be another 2 - 4 weeks. I gave the company 3 weeks and called to schedule appointment. Once again a representative stated that they don't have an exact time for when they will have the engineer available for my area. I asked for a refund 3 times and 3 times they said give 3-7 business days for it to be posted back in my account. After multiple requests for my money back failed and waiting about a1 month for my refund i started growing anxious, i felt like i was robbed and there was nothing i could do about it. No one ever returned calls after saying they would called me back, no one ever reply to my emails. It felt like i was robbed !!This was almost 3 month of wasted time when time was sensitive to me. Beware of this company before contracting them. I hope your experience is different.

  Couldn't be worse than this!In the middle of remodeling our house, we decided to remove an interior wall. A shear wall between family and formal dinning, I hired this company on 2/22/22 for a plan. I have told them several times that we don't have kitchen and the whole downstairs is not accessible because of the remodeling. I asked them how long this project will take. they told me two weeks. Making the story short, today July 27th, my plan still is not ready. Once they said it was ready, but the city didn't accept it (missing information). The person in County asked me "where did you find them? Doesn't look like they know what they are doing!!".So they started to correct their paper work (not the plan itself) and this took another 4 months, they emailed me the plan, but this time my contractor comparing the plan and measurements of the walls , told me "all these numbers are wrong and it is going to be a problem for permit and inspection". I asked my contractor to kindly spend his time and talk to this company. during this conversation the company's engineer accepted that the numbers/measurements were wrong. So, they went to correct the plan again in July 21. Today July 27th, still these simple plan for removal of an interior wall is not ready. Although, they knew that finishing our remodeling of downstairs and kitchen depends on finishing this wall, they didn't pay enough attention to my project because there was not much money in it for them. My project may be small, but they should have not accepted it and charged me all in advance, if they had no time for it. I leave the judgement to you..... one shear wall/interior ....from 2/22/22 and still not ready. ***************************
