    Clarify the charges prior to service. On two occasions I was surprised by the amount charged. I have had my nails manicured for over 50 years and have never been charged extra for the massage of my hands and arms at the conclusion of the manicure. They should have a published pri e list for their services. On both occasions my charges surprised me. Once shame on them, twice shame on me. I can be assured there will not be a third time.
