  Took them 10 months from start to finish for my solar installation. And within that time span, I have had the worse experience of my 43 yo life dealing with any sort of business. They have lied to me when I had questions and concerns. They promised to reimburse me for the months past the 6 months deadline, but today as of Aug 8th ************************************* And when I call customer service for answer, Coolie(the customer service representative) told me Im not the only one with these complaints and he cant do nothing about it. I was promised to be reimbursed in February. We are now in August. Im leaving out a lot of details that will leave your mind blown from the way they handled my installation. Like sending a drunk to come and fix the damaged roofing from the install process. I have met some nice employees from the company that were very apologetic and empathetic with my experience with their company, however none of them provided any sort of solution to me concerns. Not 1 person from this business took accountability for anything. Its like they was play hot potatoes with me. Tossing me from one employee to the another.Yes Im bitter! But they dont deserve my business nor should anyone do business with them. How are they still licensed?

  Sales rep told me in August 2022 the whole process would tale 2-4 weeks. It is now 3/30 and I still do not have solar. I do not have the rebate that was promised to myself and to the person who referred me. The local company doing the work Titanium has been problematic as well. They had agreed to cover the solar payments until I actually had solar, and only one of the 3 payments has been reimbursed. Yesterday my hose failed inspection at least the 4th time. Sales rep stopped returning calls and messages until I contacted from an unknown number. Buyer beware.

  Sales rep told me we would have our buyout check (which is part of the money I am financing) sent to us immediately after the additional solar panels were installed and approved (ie passed inspection). It has been 2 months since approval. I am now stuck making monthly payments to my old solar company and Future Home Power for the new solar panels. The sales rep stopped responding to me after I called him a third time asking about the check. The agents at SIRC (whom the sales rep told me are really responsible for sending the check) keep telling me every week the check is in process. One agent told me it would be sent 3 weeks ago. Another told me they were working with their finance managers still to approve the checks. Today I called and was eventually just disconnected after the messaging center could not get a hold of anyone.
