Returns & Cancellations
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund up until the moment your order has been shipped from the warehouse.
For orders that have already been shipped, you may return products that have been verified unopened within 45 days of delivery or purchase (whichever is later) for a refund less original shipping costs. For shipments to countries with import taxes and duties, these fees must be paid by customers, or refunds can’t be issued.
You will be responsible for paying return shipping costs.
Opened kits and other products are not eligible for refunds or returns. For the safety of our learners and their parents, we cannot accept returns on opened or used products as they can't be resold.

CleverPet stands behind its FluentPet products. CleverPet warrants FluentPet branded products against manufacturing defects that cause products to fail for a period of 180 days from the date of receiving your FluentPet product.
This warranty DOES NOT cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by biting, scratching, etc. Frequently replacing the sound buttons in the HexTiles may loosen the HexTile’s grip, and issues caused by this are not covered by the warranty.
Contact us at [email protected] to submit a warranty claim. For button problems, please include a video showing what the problem is (if the issue is sound quality, show how you are recording). For HexTile claims, include photos of your HexTile's front and back. Verifying your shipping address with us immediately will speed up the warranty process.
