DO NOT HIRE!!!!! They took my mothers credit card for initial inspection for rats and pests, forced her to sign a $10K contract , she asked for an updated contract for cancellation and they DID NOT update contract and stole $5,000 with NO SERVICE!!!!! They also said they would gladly go to court bc they taken of advantage of my 70 year old mother. My bank *** (horrible bank as well) says it not their policy to interfere, which is making me scram and figure out HOW TO GET A POSSIBLE REFUND FROM THESE THIEVES! Their photos of EVIDENCE ARE INSPECTION PHOTOS NOT COMPLETED SERVICE! Now they are not responding to me. HELP! Do not hire!!!!! Ever!!!!!!!!! DO NOT EXCHANGE CARD INFORMation WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!

Totally misled on what they would do and what I was responsible to pay for. Tried to discontinue my service after the special $99 treatment little did I know if I wanted to cancel after that I would still have to pay an additional $156 -horrible customer service regarding this matter very very unhappy with this company and highly would warn anyone else to ever use them. I would hope the actual owner would contact me, but I was told the buck stops with the manager well Im not done!
